  1. Here's a wod for you. Simple and very easy to do in a globo gym. It was on the mainsite the other day. 50 pull-ups, 10 burpees, 40 pull-ups, 20 burpees, 30 pull-ups, 30 burpees, 20 pull-ups, 40 burpees, 10 pull-ups, 50 burpees. I hit a pr on the first set of pull-ups with 40 reps. I finished the wod in 25:56. However, it had been a long time since I'd done high volume pull-ups, and I'm pretty sure I got a slight case of rhabdo. Did it on Tuesday night, and I still can't really extend my arms. Never, ever been this sore in my biceps and lats. Seriously. Love the video! Gonna do the 50 burpees tomorrow after some squatting.

  2. Ethan loves the video, now that he realized that he can watch it over and over... we're on #6. He also tried to count the number of times you said "alright." But...he's 3 and cant count that high:-P He did 25 burpees...again, he's 3. And fyi...our pool is VERY cold, you can do CWT here, just come home, I shivered in the pool for over an hour with Ethan tonight.

    Ethan: I don't want to do more birdies(thats how he says it this week), Daddy will do them for me.
    Me:H He cant.
    Ethan: What the heck is Daddy doing? Playing his guitar at the store?
