Simple and very easy to ...Here's a wod for you. Simple and very easy to do in a globo gym. It was on the mainsite the other day. 50 pull-ups, 10 burpees, 40 pull-ups, 20 burpees, 30 pull-ups, 30 burpees, 20 pull-ups, 40 burpees, 10 pull-ups, 50 burpees. I hit a pr on the first set of pull-ups with 40 reps. I finished the wod in 25:56. However, it had been a long time since I'd done high volume pull-ups, and I'm pretty sure I got a slight case of rhabdo. Did it on Tuesday night, and I still can't really extend my arms. Never, ever been this sore in my biceps and lats. Seriously. Love the video!
