Kuwait

Howdy folks. Ah, nothing like a good ol' 18 hour plane ride to enhance your level of fitness. But hey, I'm back in the Middle East. Already got it started right by getting completely lost on base at 1 in the am (which is 45pm back home)... Meh.

So, traveling do quite a wonders for you fitness and mobility. I was watching some of these CrosFit road trip videos, and that's a lot of time sitting in a shitty position for hours at a time. Think about it, you're in a half squat with crap for your lumbar curve. What does this mean to you? It means we must mobilize! Yes, take a page from K-Star and get your body right. Make sure we're taking time to unglue ourselves. So make sure you get your foam roller on or find yourself a lacrosse ball (which I was fortunate enough to bring with me).

So what have you guys ran into? Ever been on a road trip and wandered into a CrossFit box? How did that feel? Did you perform as well as you normally do? Make sure you're taking the time to be right, and get ready for a good performance. You do this and you will be stronger, and fitter, and find your way to some PRs. So keep rolling, mobilize that body... and do burpees.
