Hey folks. Once again, I've failed you the last 2 day. I'm trying, believe me. But, I've been waking at 4, training till 6 in the evening, and usually don't relax till after my WOD, which is usually around 8. Now, that makes for a long day. So, once again, please understand that the rambles are suffering for the time being. It will get much better once I hit deployment. Anyway, keep reading, retain a lot... and do burpees.
