I am currently benching and squatting twice/week to get my strength back up. This time around I'm not doing the conjugate method. Just gonna do my thing, which is close to the conjugate method. I just won't have a dynamic day. Just an experiment. Me and a guy (Alex Borne, soon to be L1 and someone you will be meeting when you get back) have started a wod in the park! Been going for about a month. We meet up with others at Tower Grove Park and go nuts every Tuesday at 7pm. So cool. I'm putting in a request for a ramble topic. I want a ramble on the significance of a training partner. I've noticed that most of my progress has come during the phases in which I had someone to train with. I do not think this is a coincidence. Or am I just weak in the head? Am I just lonely? Am I needy?Libbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10252805078448540178noreply@blogger.com
